Because most of our pieces are custom-made and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been completed or delivered unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Order Issues
We encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make relevant arrangement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or error.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that for custom or made-to-order pieces, production may begin shortly after the order is placed, and cancellations may not be possible once work has started.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval, and may not be accepted depending on the production stage.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued without interest/ compensation and no further claims by the customer upon refund.
