We know unexpected changes might happen. In such an event, we provide a 48 hours flexible policy for your convenience to cancel or made changes to your order.
Order cancellation/ changes after the given timeline is not allowed.
For customer in Peninsular Malaysia
We worked with partners in offering several secured payment options:
-FPX instant online payment
-All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay.
-Direct Bank transfer
All order is required a 70% deposit of the total purchase amount to proceed with the order, and the remaining account balances must be paid in full prior to delivery as our delivery partner are not allowed to process payments on the day
of delivery.
For customers residing in Peninsular Malaysia
We ship to major state within Peninsular Malaysia addresses. (Klang Valley, Penang and
Johor Bahru) Certain addresses within Peninsular Malaysia is out of our coverage, but we could arrange for special delivery with additional transport surcharge.
Please note, our standard delivery surcharges often come with two manpower for door or simple drop-off delivery for property with lift access floor unit and landed property homes. Our partners offer delivery to your room of choice (up to second floor with staircase access). We could arrange for special delivery
needs with additional transport surcharge, e.g. floor unit without lift access (Please notify us in advance).
Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for the total order value and the full delivery charge. We advise you to check our self -measuring guide for advice on how you can do this before ordering.
To ensure your order safely arrives your door and to maintain our service. Therefore, we price the products and delivery separately so that you can easily identify what you are paying for on the checkout page.
Your delivery will be fulfilled by The Perabot’s chosen delivery partners or by a reputable transport company to the same standards expected by us, The Perabot. Often two manpower is required to deliver for health and safety reasons. Our standard delivery will include: unwrapping, assembly and placing the goods to your room of choice. All the waste packaging material will be removed and recycled accordingly. Customer with renovation still undergoing can choose simple drop-off to your door without unwrapping the external packaging. By choosing this, we recommend you should check on the order received as soon as possible. Please notify us through checkout page or email.
Unfortunately, our delivery partners could not carry out services such as: electrical fitting installation, walls/ceilings hanging and moving/ removing of existing furniture within the space. Our partners will try to give a three hour delivery window so that you do not have to wait the whole day on delivery day. Our delivery will not be arrange on Sunday or public holiday.
RM 1000.00 and below in order values - Flat rate: RM 90.00
RM 3000.00 and below in order values - Flat rate: RM130.00
RM 3001.00 and above in order values - Flat rate: RM190.00
Occasionally, we will be having limited-time period of delivery campaign, please stay tuned.
Delivery timeline of between five and eight weeks are standard as most of our items are hand finished to order with a range of variables like upholstery fabrics, and surface finishes. Where any delay occurs on order, we will inform you promptly
through email or direct call.
When order is ready for final delivery, our customer services representatives will contact
you using the number provided to confirm delivery details and approximate delivery date. (1 week before the scheduled delivery)
A flexible period of 3 days in advance is given to customer to reschedule delivery date, where any unforeseen issues after the delivery date has been confirmed. Yes, for all order shipped with our delivery partners and courier service will require a signature upon delivery.
Yes, all orders excluding clearance and ex-display items could be held for a maximum of 1 month of free storage from the date of goods receive at our warehouse.
After the free storage period ends, storage can be extended with charged at 5% of the total order value of the item/s per month.
Unfortunately no. This is due to all of our products that have been specially made to order in a specific finish or upholstery type as per the customer’s choice, which cannot be returned.

We are responsible to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. It is recommended that you check your delivery as soon as you have received your products. If there is a faulty or defective condition with your order, please contact us within three days of receipt at info@theperabot.com and quoting Return- Your order number. Please followed up by written claim with attached videos or photos on the defective product.
We will do all that we can resolve the issue for you in either through repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible, the manufacturer’s general warranty on goods remains valid beyond this period. It does not include faults due to cosmetic nature from wear and tear and small variations on natural materials and some products that might require hand-made process.
Yes, as part of our commitment on providing furniture that is durable and highest quality, a 1-year warranty promise is provided from the date of delivery offered solely to the original purchasers and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers during manufacturer’s general warranty period.
The Perabot sole obligation under the 1-year warranty is to, at our option, to repair or replace the defective part(s) at no additional surcharge, if we could determine that the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s general warranty.
